Your Privacy

This policy explains how Jecks Consulting Inc. ("we", "us"), the company behind Pure Gamify, handles privacy in our mobile game Fruit of the Spirit Treasure Hunt (the "App") and on our website puregamify.com (the "Website"). We've written it in plain language because many of our players are teenagers. If anything is unclear, please ask a parent or guardian, or email us.

1. Information the App Collects

None. The App does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal information. In particular, the App:

• does not ask you to create an account or give your name, email, age or any other details;
• does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking tools;
• does not currently show ads;
• does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos;
• does not include chat or any way to talk to other players;
• does not send any data over the internet to us or to anyone else.

Your game progress and settings are saved only on your device. We cannot see them. If you delete the App, that saved data is deleted too.

2. Information Apple and Google May Collect

You download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those stores are run by Apple and Google, which have their own privacy policies covering things like your store account and downloads. We don't control what they collect.

If you have chosen in your device settings to share diagnostics with app developers, Apple or Google may send us anonymous crash reports. These help us fix bugs and do not identify you.

3. Our Website

Our Website does not currently use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it has no sign-up forms or accounts.

• Web hosting: like almost every website, the company that hosts our site may automatically keep basic technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. We don't use these logs to identify visitors.
• Fonts: our Website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which can see your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. If You Email Us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to, and we never sell or share it. We delete messages when we no longer need them to help you. Please don't send us personal details we don't need.

5. Teens and Children

The App is designed for players aged 13 to 18. It is not directed at children under 13. Because the App collects no personal information, it is safe for players of any age to use without sharing anything about themselves.

If you are under 13, please don't email us without a parent or guardian's help. If we learn that we've received personal information from a child under 13 without a parent's permission, we will delete it. Parents and guardians can contact us at any time with questions.

6. Sharing and Selling

We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone. Since the App collects none, there is nothing to share.

7. Security

Because the App keeps your data only on your device and sends nothing to us, your game data is protected by your device's own security. We keep any emails you send us private and secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. The only information we could hold is an email you sent us. To make a request, email info@puregamify.com and we will respond promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

If our games ever change in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date before the change takes effect. If we ever plan to collect personal information, we will clearly tell you first and, where required by law, ask for consent (including from a parent or guardian where needed).
